ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 6

6 .         Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972 .

        (2)         In the First Schedule clause 2:

            (a)         delete paragraph (b) and insert:

            (b)         is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws; or

            (b)         after paragraph (a) insert:
