ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 69

69 .         Professional Combat Sports Act 1987 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Professional Combat Sports Act 1987 .

        (2)         In section 5(1):

            (a)         delete paragraph (d) and insert:

            (d)         the member is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws; or

            (b)         after each of paragraphs (a) to (c) and (e) insert:
