ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 79

79 .         Securities Industry Act 1975 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Securities Industry Act 1975 .

        (2)         In section 46(1):

            (a)         delete paragraph (a)(i) and insert:

                  (i)         is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws; or

            (b)         after paragraph (b)(i) insert:

                or

            (c)         after each of paragraphs (a) and (b) insert:

                or
