ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 89

89 .         Water Boards Act 1904 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Water Boards Act 1904 .

        (2)         In section 10(2) delete “having his affairs under liquidation by arrangement with his creditors, or being an uncertified or undischarged bankrupt,” and insert:

                who is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws,
