ACTS AMENDMENT (BANKRUPTCY) ACT 2009 (NO. 18 OF 2009) - SECT 9

9 .         Animal Resources Authority Act 1981 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Animal Resources Authority Act 1981 .

        (2)         In the Schedule clause 2(2):

            (a)         delete paragraph (b) and “or” after it and insert:

            (b)         if he is, according to the Interpretation Act 1984 section 13D, a bankrupt or a person whose affairs are under insolvency laws; or

            (b)         after paragraph (a) insert:
