CHIROPRACTORS ACT 2005 (NO. 31 OF 2005) - SECT 29

29 .         Entitlement to conditional registration for supervised clinical practice

        (1)         The Board is to register an applicant as a chiropractor subject to appropriate conditions if satisfied that the applicant has —

            (a)         complied with the requirement of subsection (2); and

            (b)         paid the registration fee, if any, prescribed by the regulations.

        (2)         The requirement for registration is that the applicant would be entitled to registration under section 27 except for the fact that the applicant has not successfully completed a period of supervised clinical practice prescribed by the rules.

        (3)         The appropriate conditions referred to in subsection (1) are such conditions as the Board thinks appropriate for the purpose of enabling the person to complete supervised clinical practice and specifies by written notice given to the person.

        (4)         Registration under this section has effect for such period not exceeding 12 months specified by the Board and beginning on the day specified by the Board.
