CHIROPRACTORS ACT 2005 (NO. 31 OF 2005) - SECT 4

4 .         Application

                This Act does not apply to, or in respect of, or in any way affect the practice of a person’s profession as —

            (a)         a medical practitioner; or

            (b)         a physiotherapist registered under the Physiotherapists Act 2005 .
