CO-OPERATIVES ACT 2009 (NO. 24 OF 2009) - SECT 20

20 .         Incorporation and certificate of registration

        (1)         The incorporation of the co-operative takes effect on the registration of the co-operative.

        (2)         On the registration of the co-operative, the Registrar must issue a certificate of registration.
