CO-OPERATIVES ACT 2009 (NO. 24 OF 2009) - SECT 31

31 .         Appeal against refusal to register

                The applicant for registration of a proposed co-operative under this Part may appeal to the Supreme Court against a failure of the Registrar to register the co-operative.
