CHEMISTRY CENTRE (WA) ACT 2007 (NO. 10 OF 2007) - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         This Act, other than Part 1 and Schedule 2, comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.

        (2)         Different days may be fixed under subsection (1) for different provisions.

        (3)         Part 1 and Schedule 2 come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
