(1) The amendment in
this clause is to the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 *.

(2) Schedule V
Part 3 is amended by inserting before the item relating to the Chicken

Centre (WA) Act 2007 .
”.
2 . Financial Management Act 2006 amended
(1) The amendment in
this clause is to the Financial Management Act 2006 *.

(2) Schedule 1 is
amended by inserting the following item in the appropriate alphabetical
position —
