Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) Amount B for the
financial year ending on 30 June 2003 is $5 000.
(2) For any other
financial year, Amount B is obtained by varying Amount B for
the preceding financial year according to section 4.
(3) On or before each
1 July after this section commences, the Minister is to publish a notice
in the Gazette specifying the amount that is Amount B for the financial
year commencing on that 1 July.
(4) Publication under
subsection (3) is for public information only and a failure to publish or
a delay or error in publication does not affect what is Amount B for the
year concerned.
