CARERS RECOGNITION ACT 2004 (NO. 37 OF 2004) - SECT 3

3 .         Object of Act

                The object of this Act is —

            (a)         to recognise the role of carers in the community; and

            (b)         to provide a mechanism for the involvement of carers in the provision of services that impact on carers and the role of carers.
