ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY ACT 2004 (NO. 5 OF 2004) - SECT 12

12 .         Regulations as to licence terms and conditions

                The regulations may prescribe terms and conditions that are to be taken to be included in —

            (a)         every licence;

            (b)         every licence of a prescribed class; or

            (c)         a licence held by a relevant corporation.
