Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) In the course of
conducting a review under section 128(1), the Authority is to seek public
comment on the extent to which the objectives set out in section 122(2)
have been or are being achieved (the
"issue").
(2) The Authority is
to cause a notice giving a general description of the issue to be —
(a)
published in a daily newspaper circulating throughout the State; and
(b)
posted on an internet website maintained by the Authority.
(3) The notice is to
include —
(a) a
statement that any person may, within a specified period, make written
submissions on the issue to the Authority; and
(b) the
address to which the submissions may be delivered or posted.
(4) The period
specified under subsection (3)(a) is not to end less than 30 days
after the day on which the notice is published under subsection (2)(a).
(5) The Authority is
to have regard to any submission made in accordance with the notice.
