ELECTRICITY INDUSTRY ACT 2004 (NO. 5 OF 2004) - SECT 5

5 .         Licence area

        (1)         A licence must be designated to apply to one or more areas of the State specified in the licence.

        (2)         If 2 or more areas are specified in a licence those areas need not be contiguous.
