ENERGY SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO. 24 OF 2006) - SECT 19

19 .         Recovery of levy and interest

                A levy that is due and payable, and an amount payable under section 18, may be recovered by the chief executive officer in a court of competent jurisdiction.
