FIREARMS AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 69 OF 2004) - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         Except as provided in subsection (3), this Act comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.

        (2)         Different days may be fixed under subsection (1) for different provisions.

        (3)         Sections 13 and  21 come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
