FOREST PRODUCTS ACT 2000 (NO. 34 OF 2000) - SECT 4

4 .         Meaning of forest products

                For the purposes of this Act —

        “ forest products ” means —

            (a)         trees or parts of trees;

            (b)         timber, sawdust or chips;

            (c)         charcoal, gum, kino, resin or sap; and

            (d)         firewood,

                located on public land or sharefarmed land.
