FOREST PRODUCTS ACT 2000 (NO. 34 OF 2000) - SECT 49

49 .         Charges for guarantees

        (1)         The Treasurer may fix charges to be paid by the Commission to the Treasurer for the benefit of the Consolidated Fund in respect of a guarantee given under section 47.

        (2)         Payment of any charges fixed under subsection (1) is to be made at such time or times as the Treasurer determines.
