GRAIN MARKETING ACT 2002 (NO. 30 OF 2002) - SECT 39

39 .         Notice of decisions

                If the Authority refuses to grant a licence, the Authority is to give written notice of the decision and the reasons for it to the applicant for the licence within 14 days after the decision is made.
