GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2006 (NO. 20 OF 2006) - SECT 6

6 .         Act to bind the Crown

        (1)         This Act binds the Crown in right of Western Australia and, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.

        (2)         Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
