HIGHER EDUCATION ACT 2004 (NO. 73 OF 2004) - SECT 9

9 .         Applications for section 10 determination

        (1)         An education institution may apply to the Minister for a section 10 determination.

        (2)         An application must —

            (a)         be accompanied by the fee prescribed by, or calculated under, the regulations; and

            (b)         include the prescribed information.
