LIMITATION ACT 2005 (NO. 19 OF 2005) - SECT 4

4 .         Application of limitation periods under this Act

        (1)         The limitation periods provided for under this Act apply only to causes of action that accrue on or after commencement day.

        (2)         This section is subject to sections 7 and 8.
