Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) If an application
for a hearing and determination is made by the Board to the
Disciplinary Tribunal under section 60(3), the Disciplinary Tribunal has
jurisdiction to make a finding that an incorporated legal practice has not
complied with its obligation under section 60(1).
(2) On making a
finding under subsection (1) the Disciplinary Tribunal may order the
suspension of a legal practitioner director of the incorporated legal practice
from practice.
