clerkship and every assignment of articles must be made by deed and registered
under the rules.
(2) Registration of
articles of clerkship or the assignment of articles takes effect on a day
determined under the rules.
(3) Service under
articles of clerkship or the assignment of articles does not commence until
the articles are, or the assignment is, registered under the rules.
