Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) Any rules that
apply to legal practitioners apply to legal practitioners who are officers or
employees of an incorporated legal practice.
(2) The rules
cannot —
(a)
regulate any services that an incorporated legal practice may provide (other
than the provision of legal services, or other services in circumstances where
a conflict of interest relating to the provision of legal services may arise);
or
(b)
regulate or prohibit the conduct of officers or employees of an
incorporated legal practice (other than in connection with the provision of
legal services, or other services in circumstances where a conflict of
interest relating to the provision of legal services may arise).
