LEGAL PRACTICE ACT 2003 (NO. 64 OF 2003) - SECT 8

8 .         Who may vote in election

                Any legal practitioner who is on the Roll of Practitioners and whose principal place of practice is in this State is eligible to vote in an election for a member under section 7(1)(d).
