Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The following are
not admissible in any proceedings in a court or before a person or body
authorised to hear and receive evidence —
(a)
evidence of anything said or admitted during a mediation or attempted
mediation under this Division of the whole or a part of the matter that is
subject of a complaint;
(b) a
document prepared for the purposes of the mediation or attempted mediation.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to an agreement reached during mediation.
