LAND TAX ASSESSMENT ACT 2002 (NO. 52 OF 2002) - SECT 44

44 .         Application of Act to university land

                This Act has effect despite any provision to the contrary in any of the following Acts —

            (a)         the University of Western Australia Act 1911 ;

            (b)         the Curtin University of Technology Act 1966 ;

            (c)         the Murdoch University Act 1973 ;

            (d)         the Edith Cowan University Act 1984 .
