NURSES AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 9 OF 2003) - SECT 9

9 .         Section 23 amended

                Section 23(1) is amended as follows:

            (a)         by inserting after “section 22(2)(d)” —

                “ or 22A(2)(b) ”;

            (b)         in paragraph (a) by inserting after “approved by the Board” —

                “ , in relation to that section, ”;

            (c)         in paragraph (b) by inserting after “approved by the Board” —

                “ , in relation to that section ”.
