OPTOMETRISTS ACT 2005 (NO. 29 OF 2005) - SECT 4

4 .         Application

                This Act does not apply to, or in respect of, or in any way affect —

            (a)         the practice of a person’s profession as a medical practitioner;

            (b)         a person carrying out only lens grinding or spectacle making; or

            (c)         a person carrying out only the making or manufacture of contact lenses.
