(2) Section 5PA
is amended in paragraph (h) of the definition of “health
professional” by deleting “ Osteopaths Act 1997 ” and

2 . Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899
amended
(1) The amendments in
this clause are to the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 *.

(2) Schedule V
Part 3 is amended by deleting the item commencing “The Osteopaths

3 . Health Professionals (Special Events
Exemption) Act 2000 amended
(1) The amendments in
this clause are to the Health Professionals (Special Events Exemption)
Act 2000 *.

(2) Section 3(1)
is amended in the definition of “Health Registration Act” by
deleting “ Osteopaths Act 1997 ; ” and inserting
instead —
“ Osteopaths Act 2005; ”.
4 . Health Services (Conciliation and Review)
Act 1995 amended
(1) The amendments in
this clause are to the Health Services (Conciliation and Review)
Act 1995 *.

(2) Section 53(1)
is amended as follows:
(a) by
inserting after “If a registration board” —
“
or a committee established by a registration
board
”;
(b) by
inserting after “the board” —
“ or the committee ”.
(3) Section 53(2)
is amended by inserting after “under
subsection (1)” —
“
or by a registration board under an Act mentioned in
Schedule 1
”.
(4) Section 53(3)
is amended by inserting after “the board” —
“ or the committee ”.
(5) Schedule 1
item 6a is deleted and the following item is inserted
instead —

”.
5 . Juries Act 1957 amended
