89 .         Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 .

        (2)         Section 18(1) is amended by deleting “ Petroleum Act 1967 ,” and inserting instead —

                “ Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967, ”.
