POLICE AMENDMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 8 OF 2008) - SECT 19

19 .         Spent Convictions Act 1988 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Spent Convictions Act 1988 *.

        (2)         Schedule 3 clause 1(1) is amended in the Table item 3 by deleting “aboriginal aide” and inserting instead —

                “ Aboriginal police liaison officer ”.
