ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 6 OF 2004) - SECT 6

6 .         Validation

                Regulations made before the commencement of this Act are, and are to be regarded as having always been, as valid and effective as they would have been if, before those regulations were made —

            (a)         this Act had been enacted and had commenced; and

            (b)         the Treasurer had, in accordance with section 113(3)(a)(ii) as inserted by this Act, authorised the sale by private treaty of rights allocated.
