ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT (ALCOHOL INTERLOCKS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2015 (NO. 2 OF 2015) - SECT 25

25 .         Section 9 amended

                After section 9(2) insert:

        (3)         If requested under the Road Traffic Act 1974 section 79BD to do so, the CEO must, in accordance with the request —

            (a)         suspend the licence in respect of a vehicle; or

            (b)         revoke the suspension of the licence in respect of a vehicle.
