SURROGACY ACT 2008 (NO. 47 OF 2008) - SECT 69

69 .         Section 5 amended

                In section 5 in the definition of parent after paragraph (b) insert:

            (c)         a person who is a parent in a relationship of parent and child that arises because of a parentage order under the Surrogacy Act 2008 ;
