STAMP AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 2 OF 2003) - SECT 29

29 .         Section 50D amended

                Section 50D is amended as follows:

            (a)         by deleting the subsection designation (1);

            (b)         by deleting “duly” in both places where it occurs;

            (c)         by repealing subsections (2), (3) and (4).
