STAMP AMENDMENT ACT 2003 (NO. 2 OF 2003) - SECT 8

8 .         Section 16 amended

        (1)         Section 16(1) is amended by deleting “, subject to this Act,”.

        (2)         Section 16(3) is amended by deleting “this Act” and inserting instead —

                “ a stamp Act ”.
