STAMP AMENDMENT ACT 2005 (NO. 34 OF 2005) - SECT 11

11 .         Section 91B amended

                Section 91B(3) is amended by inserting after “mortgage package” —

“
                and the extent to which the mortgage, instrument or mortgage package is exempt from mortgage duty

”.
