                      Stamp Amendment (Taxing) Act 2005

An Act to amend the Stamp Act 1921.

                                              [Assented to 12 December 2005]


The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1.       Short title


                  This is the Stamp Amendment (Taxing) Act 2005.

2.       Commencement


                  This Act comes into operation on the same day that
       section 6 of the Stamp Amendment (Assessment) Act 2005 comes into
       operation.

3.       The Act amended


                  The amendments in this Act are to the Stamp Act 1921*.

4.       Second Schedule amended


                  The Second Schedule item 16 is deleted and the following
       item is inserted instead -
