5 .         Statutes (Repeals and Minor Amendments) Act (No. 2) 1998 amended

        (1)         The amendments in this section are to the Statutes (Repeals and Minor Amendments) Act (No. 2) 1998 *.

        [*         Act No. 10 of 1998. ]

        (2)         Section 2 is amended as follows:

            (a)         in subsection (1) by deleting “Subject to subsection (2), this” and inserting instead —

                “ This ”;

            (b)         by repealing subsection (2).

        (3)         Section 11 is repealed.
