government organization, other than a Schedule 3 organization, must
report in writing to the Commission at such intervals as the Commission from
time to time directs about its record keeping plan and its compliance with the
plan.
(2) A Schedule 3
organization must report in writing to its relevant Minister at such intervals
as the relevant Minister from time to time directs about its
record keeping plan and its compliance with the plan.
