TREASURER'S ADVANCE AUTHORISATION ACT 2009 (NO. 2 OF 2009) - SECT 3

3 .         Authorisation of expenditure to make payments in respect of extraordinary or unforeseen matters or to make advances for certain purposes

        (1)         Expenditure that exceeds the limit specified in the Financial Management Act 2006 section 29(1) is authorised in the financial year ending on 30 June 2009 to make payments or advances in accordance with section 29(3) of that Act.

        (2)         Payments and advances are authorised to be made under subsection (1) that do not in total exceed $762 273 480.
