TRADE MEASUREMENT ACT 2006 (NO. 13 OF 2006) - SECT 7

7 .         Application of Act to Crown

        (1)         This Act binds the Crown in right of the State and, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, in all its other capacities.

        (2)         Nothing in this Act renders the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
