            These regulations were repealed by the Acts Amendment (Criminal
       Procedure) Act 1999 s. 6 (No. 10 of 1999) as at 1 Oct 1999 (see s. 2
       and Gazette 17 Sep 1999 p. 4557).

              Justices Act (Evidence By Affidavit) Regulations


1.    Citation


            These regulations may be cited as the Justices Act (Evidence by
       Affidavit) Regulations.

2.    Prescribed Acts under section 135 Justices Act


      (1)   For the purposes of section 135 of the Justices Act 1902, the
       following Acts are prescribed in accordance with subparagraph (ii) of
       paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of that section, namely - 

          City of Perth Parking Facilities Act 1956.

          Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1973.

          Government Railways Act 1904.

      (2)   The regulations listed in Schedule 1 to the Metropolitan
       (Perth) Passenger Transport Trust Regulations 1977 are prescribed for
       the purposes of section 135 (2) (a) (ii) of the Justices Act 1902.
