Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
Whenever an
application is determined by a court of petty of sessions the clerk shall
forthwith provide the Director General with a notice in the form of Form 4
indicating whether the court made an order or refused the application and,
where an order was made, stating the terms of the order.
