Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An appeal to the Tribunal is commenced by lodging a notice of appeal with the Registrar.
(2) The notice of appeal must:
(a) be in the form prescribed by the Rules of the Tribunal; and
(b) state the name of the appellant; and
(c) identify the decision subject to the appeal; and
(d) state fully and in detail the grounds of appeal.
(3) The notice of appeal must be accompanied by:
(a) any material relevant to the appeal that was not before the decision maker when making the decision on the objection; and
(b) the prescribed fee.
(4) The grounds of appeal are not limited to the grounds on which the objection was made.
