Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the Tribunal considers that an appeal should be referred to the Supreme Court because of the complexity of the questions of fact or law (or both) involved, or for any other reason, the Tribunal may refer the appeal to the Supreme Court for hearing and determination.
(2) If an appeal is referred to the Supreme Court it proceeds in that Court as if originally commenced in that Court.
